Day 35 Darwin – Litchfield
We started the day with the very short drive of an hour and a half to Litchfield. After we set up the van, we drove to the Florence Falls. It was a 400-meter walk to it with 150 stairs so it wasn’t too bad. While we were swimming in the falls, we found a lot of big fish and I swam with them. After we went to florence Falls, we drove to the Buley Rock Hole. It had a lot of small waterfalls, so it created a tiered swimming hole with about 5 pools separated by waterfalls. On one with a pretty big waterfall, I went right next to it and it was super hard to not get pushed away. We kept climbing up the tiers and it was pretty fun to go near the waterfalls. After we left there, we went back to the van and stayed there until it was dinner and time for bed.
