At the beginning of the day, we did a 2-hour drive to Turkey Creek. We stopped at a roadhouse because there is nothing to do here, and it is just an over-night stop while going to Broome. When we set up, we sat in the van for a few hours. After that, we got some of the cake from Nanna’s birthday and finished it. We sat in Nanna and Pa’s van for a while and then we got our bathers on to go into the pool. The pool was pretty good, and it was refreshing. We did a few races from one end to the other and after the others got out, I did a few extra laps. When we got out of the pool, we came back to the van and sat in there for a while until it was time for dinner. We had roast on the Webber for dinner. There is also this super pink tree called a bougainvillea that is across our car. After we had dinner, we went to bed.
