Day 87 Port Augusta – Bordertown

We packed up the van in the morning to drive over to Bordertown. It was a pretty long drive today as it was 6 hours which felt really boring the whole way. We drove over the bride out of Port Augusta and immediately had to go through some road works. We saw so many road works this drive it was crazy. When we were driving, 2 trucks carrying portable houses came by. A police escort made us go off the road because the house took up the whole road. We also went through Tungkillo which had a lot of mountains that had quite a lot of rocks all over them. There were also heaps of sheep climbing up them which were pretty cool. We stopped in a small town called Balaklaba for lunch and I had a sausage roll from a bakery we found. We kept going after that and arrived in Bordertown after a very long and boring drive. We set up our caravan one slot over from where we set it up 3 months ago and like I said in Port Augusta, it was pretty crazy to see all the places we were 3 months ago when we were just setting out on this trip. We had dinner and then stayed in the van for the rest of the night until we went to bed.
